These can be used in lots of different ways! Hanging from a tree, threaded on to twine for bunting, stuck around a circular piece of cardboard as a wreath or used to make Easter cards! A great opportunity to get creative with your little ones and re-use SMARTIES® tubes.

1 empty tube of SMARTIES®
Scissors
Paint sticks/Glue & Tissue paper
Recycled cardboard
Hole punch
String

Collage Easter Eggs Craft for Kids Step-by-Step

Open both ends of your smarties tube and cut vertically from one end to the other, then unfold

Using the lines in the tube cut it into strips

Using your choice of crafting materials decorate each strip (we used paint sticks on some and glue and tissue paper on others)

Cut out egg shapes from recycled cardboard or card

Apply your decorated strips using glue

Cut some circles from any left over strips with a hole punch to create confetti

Stick the confetti on to your eggs in your chosen pattern

Optional - Create a hole at the top of your finished Easter eggs and thread with ribbon or twine, making a loop to secure

Add a bow at the top

Your decorated Easter eggs are now ready to hang!
