What is the origin of the SMARTIES® colours?
There are eight lentils to choose from – red, orange, blue, green, yellow, pink, violet and brown. The colours are created from natural ingredients including Spirulina, Red Radish, Safflower, Red Beet, Curcumin, Beta Carotene and Malt Barley.

Yes, we are very proud to say that in 2021 our entire SMARTIES® confectionery range will come in recyclable paper packaging. Once you’ve enjoyed SMARTIES®, simply dispose of the paper wrapper in your paper recycling bin.
