You'll Need:

175g Dark Chocolate (70%)

100g Milk Chocolate

125g Unsalted Butter

2 Tbsp Golden Syrup

76g Smarties

100g Digestive Biscuits, broken into pieces

75g Mini Marshmallows

75g Halloween-Themed sweets (gummy worms, edible eyes, Halloween sprinkles)

50g Dried Raisins

Recipe

    Line a 20 cm square tin with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to make it easier to lift the rocky road out later.

    In a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler method), melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, and golden syrup together. Stir occasionally until smooth and fully melted. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool slightly before mixing with the other ingredients.

    In a large bowl, combine the broken biscuits, mini marshmallows, Smarties, and Halloween-themed candy. Optional: Add the dried raisins if using. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.

    Pour the mixture into the prepared tin, pressing it down gently with a spatula to ensure an even layer. Decorate the top with Smarties, Halloween sprinkles, edible eyes, extra gummy worms, or other spooky sweets.

    Place the tin in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours or until set.

    Once set, remove from the tin using the parchment paper overhang and cut into bite-sized pieces.
